Erica Bass is a tireless advocate of leveraging the best of operational strategy and modern technology to create ideal workplaces that are more efficient, accurate, sustainable, and most importantly more human-friendly. A self-professed "tech junkie" and creative analyst, her career has spanned the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors in communications strategy and process management.  

In addition to her work as Parish Administrator, Erica runs an IT consulting firm, Astro Panda Studios,  with her husband Turner. She enjoys good coffee, painting with her daughter Indigo, making music with her husband, and challenging the status quo. She and her family have attended EEC since 2018.
